1 sweet potato
salt and pepper
Use a mandolin set to 1/8″ to slice sweet potato. Line a microwave safe plate with wax paper, and spray with cooking spray. Lay out as many sweet potato slices as possible, without overlapping or touching. Sprinkle liberally with salt, pepper and rosemary. Microwave at power level 9 for four minutes. Let slices cool on wire rack.
