Stir-Fried Pork with Bamboo and Wood Ear Mushrooms

1/4 lb. ground pork
1 can sliced bamboo
1/8 c. dried wood ear mushrooms
1 green onion, julienned
1/2 t. corn starch
1 T soy sauce
1 T canola oil

In a bowl, mix pork with corn starch and soy sauce. Heat oil in pan over medium heat. When oil is hot, add pork and saute until lightly browned. Add bamboo, mushrooms, onion and salt, and saute until combined.

Can be served warm or cold.
