Scotch Eggs

1 sausage chub
7 eggs
1 handful bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350° F. Boil 6 eggs. Squeeze sausage out of plastic casing and mix remaining egg and breadcrumbs.

Shell boiled eggs and encase each egg in sausage mixture. Bake approximately 45 minutes, or until sausage is cooked through.

Can also add a thin slice of cheese to the boiled egg before encasing in sausage mixture.
