1 lb broccolini, trimmed
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3 T olive oil
salt and pepper
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Submerse the broccolini in the boiling water until it turns a brighter green. Strain the broccolini and run cold water over them to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
Heat oil and garlic in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add broccolini and saute for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Can substitute butter and grated lemon rind for oil and garlic.
