Sage Chicken Skewers

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed and cut into bite sized pieces
5 T olive oil
4 fresh rosemary sprigs
2 T chopped garlic
24 large sage leaves
salt and pepper
4 bamboo skewers

Make marinade from olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper.  Let chicken marinate for at least three hours.  While chicken is marinating, soak skewers in water.  When ready to cook, wrap a sage leaf around each piece of chicken and thread onto skewer.  Place on medium-high grill (350°F–450°F) and cook for four minutes on each side, and then an additional 10 minutes.
