Pancakes

ingredients
3 1/2 C flour
1 T baking powder
1 t salt
1 C sugar
3 eggs
1 stick butter, melted and cooled
2 C milk
oil for pan
berries, chocolate chips, etc.

directions
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. In another bowl, beat eggs and whisk into flour mixture. Combine butter and milk and gradually mix into batter. Batter should be thick, but creamy.

Heat griddle or pan. Grease bottom of pan and drop about 1/2 a ladle of batter, spreading batter to form pancake. Drop berries or chocolate chips in batter as it cooks. When bubbles begin to form, flip pancake.
