1 package firm tofu, cut into 2 dozen pieces
1 T sesame oil
1 T toasted sesame seeds
1/4 t salt
green onions to garnish
Preheat over to 400° F. Press tofu by lining a baking sheet with a double layer of paper towels, putting tofu on top in a single layer. Lay another double layer of paper towels on top. Cover with another baking sheet and weight down with heavy cans for about 30 minutes.
Put tofu in a medium bowl and add remaining ingredients. Toss to combine.
Arrange tofu in a single layer on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip tofu and bake another 10 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve with soy sauce.
