2 C fresh spinach, roughly chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 C milk
2 C chicken broth
Combine all ingredients in a large pot over medium heat and bring to a low boil. Lower heat and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
Just about any combination of cream of vegetable soup and chopped vegetables can be used. Add a dash of hot sauce when serving for an added kick.
