Chicken Salad

1-2 whole chicken
2 white onions
1 green pepper
2 stalks celery
2 garlic cloves
yellow mustard
1 C Miracle Whip
celery flakes
1 small jar relish
salt and pepper

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Boil 1-2 hours in water with half an onion, celery, green pepper and garlic cloves. Alow chicken to cool, then pull meat off bone, discarding skin. Shred chicken and set aside. Combine mustard and Miracle Whip with sugar to taste. Mix with chicken. add salt, pepper, celery flakes, chopped onion and relish.
