2 C cooked macaroni
2 C cooked chicken breast, chopped
2 cans condensed soup (cream of mushroom or cheddar cheese soup)
3/4 C chopped onion
2 C fat-free milk
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper
Preheat over to 350° F. Combine all ingredients into a large casserole and mix well. Bake covered 35-45 minutes. Then uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.
Can add green beans, corn, chili powder, mushrooms, broccoli, etc.
